Help Net grants You the right to access and use the Service via the Website with the particular user roles available to You according to Your subscription type. Registrant will only assign the user id and password to the employees of his/her firm as an Invited User only. Granting user id and password to third party without written consent from Help Net is considered a breach of usage and Help Net reserves the rights to terminate or suspend the account if necessary. If illegal activities such as copying / reengineering our application has taken place, we will hold you liable for such breach and will seek maximum recourse punishable by law.
It is Your responsibility to keep Your password to the Service safe. You should notify us as soon as possible if You become aware of any misuse of Your password, and immediately change your password within the Service or via the “Forgotten Password” process.
You will immediately notify Help Net in writing of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security as soon as You are aware of the same; and You shall endeavor to ensure that authorized personnel(s) and/or agents logout from Help Net after each session. If You choose to continue using the Service thereafter, You need to sign up and register with us. If You choose not to using the Service after 30 days trial usage conditions or without sign up and register, Help Net will cease the trial usage condition (Demo / Testing Mode) Service and all Data inputted will be deleted or removed without further notice.
These Terms, together with any other notices or instructions given to You under these Term of Use, supersede and extinguish all prior agreement, representations (weather oral or written), and understandings and constitute the entire agreement between You and Help Net relating to the Services and the other matters dealt with these Terms.
